Does Faidence take a commission on my tutoring sessions?
No — never. Faidence charges a flat, usage-based fee for the practice-management software itself (scheduling, billing, Classroom, chat), and separately a flat credit fee for Lead Marketplace opportunities. We never take a percentage of what you earn from a session or a hire, unlike most tutor marketplaces.
How does Lead Marketplace matching work?
When a parent or student submits a request with no existing tutor, we match it to a tutor based on subject fit, budget, language, and fairness — so the same handful of tutors don't monopolize every request. You can accept a direct match or respond to an open request; either way, you only pay credits once a real conversation happens.
Is Lead Marketplace guaranteed to bring me students?
No — we're upfront about this. We do our best to match you with genuine requests, but we can't guarantee a specific number of leads or that any one will convert into a hire. Converting a delivered opportunity into a paying student is on you — good communication, a fair quote, and professionalism.
